Servicing Chippewa, Luce and Mackinac counties. Early On provides support and education for parents of children under three years of age, who are experiencing difficulty with age appropriate tasks. Any child can be referred to services. A child will qualify for services if they have a pre-existing medical condition, that puts them at a developmental disadvantage; or have a developmental delay of 20% or more after screening.
